Thrive 360
Streaming
App Design
I was the solo UX/UI designer at FarBridge working on the beta phase of Thrive360’s therapy and wellness streaming service. I created interactive wireframes and mockups in Adobe XD which I presented to the clients. Once approved, I worked with our engineers to create functional builds for use in user research sessions. This process was repeated for multiple rounds of user testing, which I observed and used to formulate plans for revisions. In addition to the UX design, it was my responsibility to craft the interface of the app, while maintaining brand style guidelines.

VR Wireframe Iterations
…and adapting to changing priorities
1. Thrive360 was founded as a VR first platform that would be used in offices as a wellness benefit made available to employees. The original designs were built to take advantage of VR’s immersion with 3 panels that enveloped the user.
2. As the 2020 pandemic led to lockdown, it became clear that Thrive360 would need to pivot to account for remote work. This led to an increased priority on the web version of the product, and the VR' app’s form evolved to better mirror that functionality.
3. While the parallel functionality of the web and VR apps had several advantages, there were a few features, such as hovering panels to open them, that users had trouble with in testing. Further iteration was needed to find the right balance between the two.
Final Testing Phase
As the product approached the end of its beta phase, there was less need for significant revisions and more time for smaller quality of life changes, such as moving the main navigation menu to the bottom of the user interface, to better accommodate the natural resting position of most test users’ hands.
At this point, the brand identity and style guidelines had also been finalized, allowing me to design final interface assets and incorporate them into the prototype.

Mobile App
The mobile app was not only an important skew to support the pivot to home use, it also served as the method to verify access to the VR app.

Web App
The web app functionality was in line with the VR app for the most part, but we were able to implement more features into the home page library, allowing the user to scroll the content more easily without having to navigate to secondary pages.
