Games I’ve Worked On

How to Train Your Dragon:

Riders of the Skies

I was the UX / UI designer for this collaboration with Nex Inc., Universal Pictures, and DreamWorks, which brought How to Train Your Dragon to the Nex Playground in the form of a flight game controlled entirely by the player’s motions!

I oversaw the main user flow that guides the player from the Playground’s main menu, into the motion calibration process, and through the gameplay experience. In addition to the overall UX, I worked with the creative director and engineers to design and implement an interactive dragon selection that takes full advantage of the platform’s motion controls.

Homeworld:

Vast Reaches

I served as a UX, UI, and XR designer for the latest release in the Homeworld franchise, which was designed for virtual reality headsets from the ground up.

I designed the user interface for both the gameplay elements, and system menus in cooperation with our creative director.

In cooperation with our own game designers and Meta’s UXR team, I also guided the development and testing of the game’s tutorial process.
